How do I find out if someone is in the jail?

How do I get a hold of the Probation/Parole Office?

Their Dover Office phone number is 603-742-6621 or visit their website at http://www.nh.gov/nhdoc/divisions/parole/index.html (Please note that Community Corrections is not affiliated with the NH Probation/Parole Department and cannot answer any questions for or about them)

How do I ask for a curfew extension or change in my schedule?

You must contact your Case Manager during regular business hours to request any changes in schedule.  You have to receive a verbal confirmation of approval from a Community Corrections case manager in order to change your schedule.  DO NOT CALL the emergency number for any schedule changes unless it is an absolute emergency.  Any non-emergency calls may be assessed with an off hours charge.

How do I find out if someone has been released from jail or when they are going to be released from jail?

What do I do if  my color was called and I can’t make it in the office?

You will need to contact your Case Manager during business hours.  You are not excused from appearing for your drug test, unless you have spoken to your Case Manager and they have given you permission.

How do I contact my Probation/Parole Officer—they are not answering the phone in the office?

Community Correction is not affiliated with the Probation/Parole office and therefore cannot assist you in contacting your Probation/Parole Officer.

What do I do if I have to go to the hospital or a family member needs to be taken to the hospital?

Please contact the emergency after hours phone to let them know what is going on.  They will notify the assigned Case Manager of the situation.  Make sure you have the assigned emergency number on you at all times to avoid any miscommunications

What do I do if I have police contact?

Please contact the emergency after hours phone to let them know what is going on.  They will notify the assigned Case Manager of the situation.  Make sure you have the assigned emergency number on you at all times to avoid any miscommunications. 

What do I do if I have to leave my current residence?

If it’s during business hours, contact your case manager directly or if no answer, contact the main number at 603-749-0832.  If it is after hours, please use the emergency on call phone number to contact the on call Case Manager.   They can give you direction from that point.

What do I do if I have information about someone who is violating their conditions of bail or release?

Please contact the main office number at 603-749-0832 during normal business hours.  If it is after hours, please contact your local police department.

How does electronic monitoring equipment work and what needs to happen for the equipment to work properly?

How does someone apply for Transitional Housing?

You must complete an application and return it to the Transitional Housing Director.  Filling out the application does not ensure acceptance to the program/housing.  Applications can be found on the Downloadable Forms tab.  The Transitional Housing Director will review the application and will get back to you in a timely manner. 

I was court ordered to do community service, what do I do?
