     The Maintenance Department has a job opening for a full-time Maintenance Technician II.

This position requires that the applicant work the 7-3 shift and every other weekend.

This person must have a very good knowledge and proven experience in more than one of the following trades, plumbing, electrical, heating, carpentry, low pressure boilers, automotive or small engine repair and some understanding of the fire protection systems.

Some experience with electric locks.

This person must also have a valid driver’s license with plowing experience and the ability to pass the D.O.T. physical test.
