Strafford County Commissioners are accepting sealed proposals for the following item(s):
Replace Countertop – Strafford County Registry of Deeds
Only the countertops will be replaced - the existing cabinetry will remain in place. There will be no formal walk-through for this bid. Bidders may inspect the current countertops by contacting Catherine Berube at the Registry of Deeds Office, (603) 742-1741.
All bids must be submitted by July 27th at 9AM in the Commissioner’s Office. THIS IS A SEALED BID PROCESS, EMAILED BIDS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.

All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Counter Replacement” and must be received by July 27th @9AM at the Strafford County Commissioners Office, 259 County Farm Road - Suite 204, Dover, NH 03820.
The Strafford County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids/ proposals, to award the bid to other than the low bidder if deemed “bid most advantageous to the County” and to waive any defects in bids.
